Barn Building

Working in the hot sun all day is not something many people would consider living "The Good Life", but for me, there's nothing more enjoyable. Being able to turn around and see what you've accomplished at the end of the day makes it all worth the blood, sweat, and tears. Plus, you get a nice tan.

Working with my little brother is very entertaining. It makes me wish I was 11 years old again. He's about as tough as they get, never complaining when he gets a splinter or I accidentally hit his thumb with a hammer. He just looks up at me with a sly grin and whacks me back.

That's as far as we'll get on the barn today. 9 hours of working ain't bad. At least I'll sleep well tonight.

Finally!

After much consideration, and prodding from different people, I'm finally starting my own blog. Now, you have to understand that this is my first time blogging, EVER, so I really have no idea how I'm to pull this off. But anyway, I plan to do my best to give you small glimpses into my daily adventures. Perhaps I should look at it as a journal of sorts.  So, here it goes.
